4th Annual Merv Tweed Charity Golf Tournament donates to Special Olympics – Westman Chapter
Brandon, Manitoba - July 4, 2012 – Merv Tweed, MP for Brandon-Souris declares the 4th Annual Merv Tweed Charity Golf Tournament a complete success.
The Tournament, which was held on June 22nd at the Shilo Golf & Country Club, raised $5,000 for the Special Olympics Westman Region.
“We had a full slate of sponsors and golfers that have been so generous for the fourth year in a row,” said Tweed. “I am happy to be able to put on an event that benefits the local Special Olympics athletes.”
