Bill C-509 Library Materials

On April 14, 2010, I introduced Bill C-509, An Act to amend the Canada Post Corporation Act (Library Materials) which was formerly C-322 and C-458. The introduction of this bill was due to a procedural change to Bill C-322. However, the intent of the bill remains intact and this step will not delay the bill’s progress or it’s order of precedence.
